Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VizoSkill website, learning platform and digital courses (together, the "Platform").
The Platform is operated by Vizoskill Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15524794, with its registered office at 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom ("VizoSkill", "we", "us" or "our").
By creating an account, purchasing a course or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase a course or use the Platform independently.
The Platform is intended for adult users.
Some courses may include activities that an adult may choose to carry out together with a child. In such cases, the account and purchase must remain in the name of the adult user, who is responsible for appropriate supervision.
2. Your Account
You may need to create an account to purchase or access courses.
You must provide accurate and current information when creating your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for activity carried out through your account.
Accounts are for individual use only. You must not share your login credentials or allow another person to access paid course content using your account, except where VizoSkill expressly permits this.
Please contact us if you believe that your account has been accessed without your permission.
3. Courses
VizoSkill provides access to online educational and creative courses.
Courses may include video lessons, text, images, exercises, downloadable materials and other digital content.
Some courses available through the Platform may be created or presented by independent course creators.
The description of each course, including its subject matter, content, length and price, will be displayed on the relevant course page before purchase.
Individual course descriptions form part of the information on which you may rely when deciding whether to purchase a course.
4. Course Access
After successful payment, you will normally receive access to the purchased course through your VizoSkill account.
The duration of access to a course may be specified on the course page or during checkout.
Unless a specific access period is stated, access will normally continue while the relevant course remains available on the Platform and your account remains active.
We do not describe course access as "lifetime access" unless this is expressly stated for a particular course.
5. Prices and Payment
The price payable for a course is the price displayed on the Platform at the time you place your order.
The total amount payable, including any applicable taxes or charges, will be shown before you confirm your purchase.
Payment must be completed before access to paid course content is provided.
We may change course prices at any time. A price change will not affect a purchase that has already been completed.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply to the processing of your payment information.
6. Digital Content and Immediate Access
Courses sold through VizoSkill constitute digital content supplied electronically.
Where you request access to a course immediately after purchase, rather than waiting until the end of any statutory cancellation period, we may ask you to expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel may be lost once supply of the digital content begins.
This does not affect any other statutory rights you may have where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not comply with applicable consumer law.
7. Voluntary Refund Policy
In addition to your statutory rights, VizoSkill offers the following voluntary refund policy.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchasing a course, provided that the course progress recorded by the Platform shows that you have accessed or completed no more than 20% of the course.
Refund requests should be sent to [email protected] and should include the email address associated with your VizoSkill account and the name of the course.
If more than 20% of the course has been accessed or completed, the purchase will normally not qualify for a voluntary refund.
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned using the original payment method.
This voluntary refund policy is separate from, and does not limit, your statutory consumer rights. Different remedies may apply where digital content is faulty, unavailable, not as described or does not otherwise comply with applicable law.
8. Course Content and Educational Results
VizoSkill courses are provided for educational and informational purposes.
While we aim to provide high-quality learning materials, we do not guarantee that completing a course will produce any particular personal, professional, artistic, educational or financial result.
Learning outcomes depend on many factors, including the user's experience, practice and individual circumstances.
Course creators may express their own opinions, methods and approaches. Such statements do not necessarily represent the views of VizoSkill.
9. Physical and Practical Activities
Some courses may involve physical movement, dance, exercise, crafts, tools, equipment or other practical activities.
You are responsible for assessing whether an activity is appropriate for you and for carrying it out in a suitable environment.
You should follow any safety instructions included in the relevant course and use appropriate equipment where required.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, software, branding, logos, graphics and other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to VizoSkill and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Course content may be owned by VizoSkill or by the relevant course creator and licensed for use on the Platform.
When you purchase a course, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use that course for your own private educational purposes.
Purchasing a course does not transfer ownership of the course content or any intellectual property rights to you.
11. Restrictions on Use
You must not:
reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, sell or commercially exploit course content without permission;
record, download or redistribute course videos except where downloading is expressly enabled;
share paid course content or account credentials with other people;
remove copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or another user's account;
interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Platform;
use automated systems to scrape, extract or systematically copy content from the Platform;
use the Platform or its content for unlawful purposes.
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these restrictions have been breached.
12. Availability and Changes to Courses
We aim to keep the Platform and purchased courses available and functioning properly.
However, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may make reasonable changes to a course where necessary to update, improve or correct its content.
We will not make changes that materially reduce the overall nature or value of a purchased course without an appropriate reason.
If a course is permanently withdrawn and this materially affects access that you reasonably expected to receive, we will consider an appropriate remedy taking into account the circumstances and applicable consumer law.
13. Third-Party Services
The Platform may rely on or contain links to third-party services, including payment processors, video-hosting services or other technology providers.
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that are outside our control.
Your use of those services may also be governed by the third party's own terms and privacy policies.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Platform, infringe intellectual property rights, engage in fraudulent activity or create a security risk.
Where reasonably possible and appropriate, we will give you notice of the issue and an opportunity to resolve it before permanently terminating your account.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
15. Our Responsibility to You
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
The Platform and courses are supplied primarily for personal and non-commercial use. We are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or anticipated savings, arising from use of a course for business purposes, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
16. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Where cookies or similar technologies are used, additional information will be provided through our Cookie Policy or cookie settings.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, our services, applicable law or our business operations.
The current version will be published on the Platform together with its effective date.
Where a change materially affects existing users, we will take reasonable steps to notify them.
Changes to these Terms will not retrospectively remove statutory rights or contractual rights you have already acquired in relation to a completed purchase.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections available under the law of the country in which you normally live, where applicable.
The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction in relation to disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any rights you may have as a consumer to bring proceedings in another court under applicable law.
We encourage users to contact us first at [email protected] so that we can attempt to resolve any issue directly.
